1. Drink enough water everyday, at least 10 glasses each day
Over 70 % of our body is liquid or water. Therefore, when consuming and drinking less water, our body will react itself by becoming weak, powerless, easily to get tired and we couldn't concentrate well. Thus, drink enough water everyday, at least 10 glasses each day is a compulsory thing to do
2. Keep your heart relax, cool, positive and happy
Our life is actually dependent upon the way our heart works. Not just how our mind works. You might think positive toward something, but when your heart does the opposite and you couldn't help yourself, how you could feel and think positive? That's why, keep feeling positive and your life will be much more positive and the result, you will feel and look good naturally :-)
3. Be grateful and thankful to all that you have in life, while keep thanking God that He has given all the best in your lives.
God has chosen and given what's best for us. He knows what's perfect and best for us. We should, therefore, be grateful to whatever we have now and just focus on what we have, not on what we don't cause that's all meant to be...
